1. About us

AFG TezLink ("we", "us") provides an online remittance service that lets customers send value to recipients in Iran, paid out in Iranian Toman. [Insert legal entity name, ABN and AUSTRAC registration number before launch.]

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and keep your login secure. We may ask you to verify your identity at any time and may limit, suspend or close accounts to comply with the law or protect customers.

3. Quotes and rates

Rates shown on our website are indicative market rates. When you place an order we lock a customer rate for the period shown. If payment is not received within that period the order expires and a new quote is required.

The amount your recipient receives is shown before you pay. We may adjust the payout if the amount you send differs from the amount ordered.

4. Paying us

You must pay the exact amount shown, using the method and details on your order, from an account or wallet you control. Crypto-asset payments must be sent on the network shown; assets sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.

We do not accept payments from third parties.

5. Delivery

We aim to pay out promptly after your payment is confirmed. Delivery times can be affected by banking hours, holidays and checks we are required to perform.

6. Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel an order before you pay. After payment, contact us; if the payout has not yet been made we will refund the amount received, less any network or bank fees, to the original source where lawful.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or payments to sanctioned persons. We report suspicious matters as required by law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the transfer concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
